Girls’ Generation Taeyeon thanked fans who came to support her solo concert.
On June 4th, Taeyeon’s fifth solo concert “The ODD Of Love” was held at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park in Seoul.
This is Taeyeon’s first solo concert in about three years and five months since “THE UNSEEN” in January 2020. The show generated a buzz on the Korean news and sold out tickets for the nights of performances on June 3rd and 4th.
Upon seeing the full seats at the KSPO Dome, the “INVU” singer expressed her gratitude, saying, “We filled the Gymnastics Stadium at the Girls’ Generation fan meeting last year, and I’m filling it up alone like this today”, adding, “It’s all thanks to you”.
She continued, “I’m so grateful to everyone who traveled far today”, and said, “I need to go down the stage for a while to replace the microphone”.
At the same time, Taeyeon encouraged her fans to talk to the person next to them, “I’ll go down and come back, so talk to the people next to you, ask how you’ve been doing, and talk”, adding, “It’s been a long time since we’ve seen each other”.
Meanwhile, Taeyeon will continue her “The ODD Of LOVE” concerts in Hong Kong on June 10th and in Taiwan on June 24th.
