JTBC’s “Oh! Youngshim” announced its main leads.
On August 24, an official from JTBC Entertainment revealed that actress Song Hayoon and Super Junior’s Donghae have been cast in the drama version of “Youngshim”, renamed as “Oh! Youngshim”. Filming has reportedly started.
“Oh! Youngshim” tells the story of Youngshim, an innocent but amusingly unconventional adolescent girl. In the drama, Song Hayoon plays Youngshim and Donghae takes on the role of Wang Gyeongtae. Since “Oh! Youngshim” is described as a romantic comedy, the two’s chemistry is raising curiosity.
“Oh! Youngshim” will be produced by The Great Show, the production company that produced dramas such as “Navillera” and “The Road: The Tragedy of One”. The specific broadcast schedule remains undecided. It will be aired next year.
