In the drama, Song Ji Woo plays Hwang Ji Hye, a rookie actress who co-stars with A-list actor Nam Kang Ho (Yoo Tae Oh), showing a bold charm as she confidently demands what she wants and freely says what she has in mind.

In the first episode of “Love to Hate You,” Hwang Ji Hye fails to act in a drama scene with PPL advertisements for cosmetics that she will be offered later. When the director tells her that she has to shoot the scene, she shows a carefree attitude, saying “Why do I have to take responsibility for the PPL?”

Hwang Ji Hye then actively expresses her opinion by suggesting to Nam Kang Ho, who has to convince her, that instead of applying cosmetics, they would replace it with a scene where she shows various facial expressions through the mirror.

Song Ji Woo portrayed the character Hwang Ji Hye with realistic expressiveness, earning praise from viewers.
