Song Ji-hyo Exposes “Embezzlement” within the Cast of ‘Running Man’: “I Paid for Dinner, Who’s Being Stingy?”
Song Ji-hyo reveals embezzlement allegations on ‘Running Man’
On October 15th, in the latest episode of ‘Running Man,’ the drama ‘The Escape of Seven’s leading actors, Uhm Ki-joon, Yoon Jong-hoon, and Lee Joon, made a appearance.
A debate about “finding the person who did the most wrong” took place. The first debate scenario involved Matthew, who ordered an expensive drink for himself and calculated it as 1/N to share, Jinmo, who left in the middle of the meal with his girlfriend, and Dohyuk, who said he’d only pay for what he ate after enjoying everything for three hours. They had to choose the person who did the most wrong.
Uhm Ki-joon argued that Jin-mo, who broke a commitment with his friends, was the worst. On the other hand, Yoo Jae-suk defended Jin-mo, saying he could understand it once because he was with his girlfriend. Kim Jong-kook, upon hearing this, sarcastically asked Yoo Jae-suk, “Have you ever been so scared of your girlfriend that you left first?” and made everyone laugh.
Meanwhile, Song Ji-hyo firmly believed in sharing the cost equally (1/N) and claimed that Jin-mo was the one who was the most wrong, saying, “You should still contribute money.” As Haha listened to Song Ji-hyo’s story, he couldn’t contain his anger and said, “But have you ever suggested splitting the bill equally before?” which left Song Ji-hyo flustered. Haha then continued to tease, “Yang Se-chan, Jeon So-min, Song Ji-hyo. You guys always use the hyungs’ money, have you ever paid once?“
In response, Yang Se-chan retorted, “When did the hyungs ever buy us alcohol?” Song Ji-hyo suddenly revealed, “I paid for the dinner, but who’s the one who actually acted stingy.”
The real-life revelations continued. Yoo Jae-suk accused Haha, who is in the same meat restaurant business as Kim Jong-kook, “We often had company dinners at your restaurant, why did you naturally add more orders?”
Yang Se-chan added, “He also suddenly asked for a tip.” On the other hand, Kim Jong-kook praised Haha, “Doesn’t Haha run a business? He did well.” This made everyone burst into laughter.
