Hyun Bin and Song Hye Kyo’s responses to construction accidents are drawing attention.
Recently, construction is underway to build Song Hye Kyo’s new home in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. However, during the construction, a large rebar fell and damaged a car parked nearby. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Song Hye Kyo’s agency UAA apologized and promised to consult closely with the construction company working on her home to prevent future damages.
Song Hye Kyo’s quick responses also reminded the public of Hyun Bin’s consideration. In 2021, Hyun Bin was remodeling his penthouse to prepare for the wedding with Son Ye Jin. Afraid the construction noise would annoy other residents, the “My Lovely Sam Soon” actor knocked on residents’ doors one by one and gifted them a beef set.
After receiving the gift, a resident took the story to social media. They said, “My favorite actor on Earth brought a gift to my house while I was out for a while. I didn’t even know [his house] was [under] construction, but he came to me personally to give me a gift and left with a nice appearance and manners.” The poster confessed, “I don’t enjoy eating beef, but I must savor it tonight.”
Hyun Bin’s attentive care became the talk of the town on social media. The remodeled penthouse is worth 4.8 billion won and has a floor area of 242.45m2.
