Son Heung Min’s house in London revealed, “10-billion-won apartment with monthly rent of over 65 million won”
The house of Tottenham Hotspur’s captain Son Heung Min in London has been unveiled
The September 4th broadcast of tvN’s program “Free Doctor” featured a special episode about stars’ overseas real estate.
After introducing Son Heung Min, Kim So Young said, “His monthly salary alone is over 1.5 billion won. What house did Son Heung Min choose?”. An entertainment reporter said, “The house he has lived in since 2019 is Apartment B located in Hamstead, North London, UK. It’s a luxury residential area favored by wealthy people in the UK. Surrounded by Hamstead Health Park, this place is known as the filming site of the movie “Notting Hill”.
Upon hearing this, Kim So Young wondered, “Did Son Heung Min buy the house himself?”. A real estate expert said, “That part is definitely not disclosed. If Son Heung Min purchased a home inside the building, he would have paid more than 10 billion won. If he only rented it, he would be paying around 4,000 pounds per month (around 65 million won).”
Later, the interior of Son Heung Min’s house was shown. The real estate expert explained, “Son Heung Min lives in a typical apartment-style residential house in the UK. There are around 20 houses in Apartment B”. The reporter added, “Son Heung Min’s residence has three rooms, and he lives there with his parents”.
The reporter continued, “What’s special about this house is the concierge service”. The real estate expert explained, “This house operates a 24-hour concierge service, which includes parcel management, public space reservations, and even light bulb replacement, dedicated to residents only”.
The reporter stated, “Public space includes the gym and swimming pool”. The real estate expert added, “There’s also a lounge, a business meeting room, and private offices available”, surprising everyone in the studio.
