Actress Kang Hae Lim has been cast for a main role in the upcoming drama “Gaslighting”.
“Gaslighting” tells the story of successful psychotherapist and celebrity Noh Young Won (Kim Hee Sun), who teams up with her mother-in-law Hong Sa Gang (Lee Hye Young), to battle threats to their precious family and protect their loved ones.
In the drama, Kang Hae Lim will appear as Se Na, a mysterious character who hides many secrets and is not easy to understand, raising the curiosity of drama fans.
In addition, Kang Hae Lim is expected to increase viewers’ interest in the drama by portraying her three-dimensional character in detail with her charming voice, expressions, and gestures.
On the other hand, Kang Hae Lim made her debut in 2017 through the web drama “Idol Fever”. She later impressed the public with her acting in JTBC’s drama “Live On” and her entertainment skills on KBS Joy’s program “Love Naggers”.
Recently, she played her first leading role as Kim Sum, a genius developer who struggles to understand other people’s emotions, in Netflix’s series “Somebody”.
Meanwhile, “Gaslighting” confirmed the appearance of Kang Hae Lim, along with Kim Hee Sun, Lee Hye Young, Kim Nam Hee, among others, and is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
