SHINee Jonghyun’s Weverse introduction section attracts attention “‘Forever the BASE’ to SHINee and SHINee WORLD”

While the official Weverse of SM Entertainment’s singers was opened, the introduction section of the late Jonghyun, a member of boy group SHINee, attracted attention

On September 12th, the official Weverse of SM Entertainment’s singers Kangta, BoA, TVXQ, Super Junior, SHINee, aespa, EXO, SNSD, NCT and RIIZE was opened.

It became a hot topic when the community of major SM artists entered Weverse, a fandom platform operated by HYBE.

In particular, the introduction section at the bottom of SHINee member Jonghyun’s profile picture touched many fans.

SHINee’s official Weverse introduced, “Jonghyun is a member of the SM Entertainment boy band SHINee. He is a multitalented vocalist known for his powerhouse vocals with a rich tone and exceptional songwriting skills.“

They added, “He is ‘Forever the BASE’ to SHINee and SHINee WORLD.”

Seeing this, many fans responded with comments such as “I almost cried“, “Jonghyun is forever a SHINee member” and “It’s so touching to see Jonghyun’s profile.”

Born in 1990, Jonghyun debuted as a member of boy group SHINee in 2008. SHINee released numerous hit songs such as “Replay”, “Lucifer” and “Ring Ding Dong”.

Jonghyun became a solo artist by releasing his first mini album “BASE” in 2015.

Jonghyun left us on December 18th, 2017.
