Seo Yu-ri Exposes Ex-husband Again, “He Told Me To Have Baby With Another Man”
Broadcaster and voice actress Seo Yu-ri revealed that her ex-husband, PD Choi Byung-gil, refused to have a baby with her
On July 1st, broadcaster and voice actress Seo Yu-ri made another revelation about her ex-husband, PD Choi Byung-gil, via social media.
She shared, “It was winter. A couple on bad terms living together. They were like housemates, rather than husband and wife. Then the wife got sick. If she didn’t have surgery, she could die soon”. She cited the doctor’s advice that the couple should have a child first because she might not be able to get conceived after surgery.
Therefore, Seo Yu-ri said to her PD husband, “I want to have a baby. I have frozen eggs, so let’s have a child first’”. However, PD Choi responded, “No. If you want to have a baby, go have it with someone else”.
Seo Yu-ri confessed, “Should I call it betrayal? You feel betrayed when things like that happen”, adding “If you stayed silent, I would not say anything. Why do you have to annoy me like that? You know my personality very well. I’m gonna be tough to the tough and weak to the weak.”
However, PD Choi refuted Seo Yu-ri’s claims through a media outlet, saying “I don’t remember anything like that at all. I don’t understand why she has to go this far about the issue”.
Earlier, Seo Yu-ri talked about pregnancy on Channel A’s counseling program “Oh Eun-young’s Golden Counselor”. She said, “I wanted to have a baby so badly. That’s why I had my eggs frozen right after getting married. I got very sick in December last year and planned to undergo surgery after having a baby, but my ex-husband didn’t want to have one”.
Seo Yu-ri married Choi Byung-gil in 2019 but the two already divorced.
