Released in 2019, “Hit-and-Run Squad”, starring Gong Hyo Jin, Ryu Jun Yeol and Jo Jung Suk, is an action movie about a hit-and-run police task force that chases a rich businessman who likes speed and racing. 

In the movie, there was a scene where Seo Min Jae (Ryu Jun Yeol), who is determined to avenge his father, grabbed the collar of Eun Si Yeon (Gong Hyo Jin) when exploding with emotions after telling Eun Si Yeon about his plan.

In fact, the cut when Ryu Jun Yeol, who was immersed in his character’s emotions, grabbed Gong Hyo Jin by her collar and pushed her with force was completed without a safety device. 

It is known that Ryu Jun Yeol was very surprised when he found out that Gong Hyo Jin was so light and skinny that she showed only bones after finishing the scene where he pushed her hard. 

Moreover, Jo Jung Suk, who played the rich businessman Jung Jae Cheol in the movie, also talked about what he realized after doing car chasing performances. In an interview, he shared, “Car chasing is not only a chase between cars. Even the emotions of the person inside each car should be expressed clearly through the movements of the car”.
