Ryu Jun Yeol attracted 20,000 people all of a sudden when he appeared “here”

The unexpected appearance of famous actor Ryu Jun Yeol attracted over 20,000 people all of a sudden. 

On November 16th, Korean streamer and webtoon artist Calm Man (Lee Mal Nyeon) conducted a live internet broadcast on Twitch, with the title of “Actor Ryu Jun Yeol’s Guest seat”.

Ryu Jun Yeol, who was invited as the guest of the day, visited Calm Man’s studio alongside actor Park Jung Min.

Together, they drew the attention of viewers by discussing various topics such as Japanese animation, the novel “Three Kingdoms”, Internet broadcasting, and Korean movies. Then, they moved on to various different contents prepared by Calm Man, such as Instagram visits, chicken eating shows, and gaming broadcasts. At the same time, they also took time to introduce Ryu Jun Yeol’s upcoming movie “The Owl”.

Viewers also laughed in earnest when Calm Man expressed his confusion while hearing that Ryu Jun Yeol is openly dating Hyeri – his co-star from “Reply 1988”.

In the end, the broadcast lasted over 6 hours, with viewers peaking at 20,000, creating a buzz. At the end of the broadcast, Calm Man raised expectations by announcing a second broadcast and saying that he would invite Ryu Jun Yeol once again.

After the broadcast concluded, fans went to Ryu Jun Yeol’s fan community to express satisfaction, saying that they were able to see various charms of Ryu Jun Yeol that have never been shown before.

On the other hand, Ryu Jun Yeol is currently having a busy schedule ahead of the release of his movie “The Owl”. “The Owl” is a historical thriller film that revolves around the blind acupuncturist Kyung Soo (Ryu Jun Yeol), who can only see at night. He struggles to uncover the truth after witnessing the death of a crown prince.

“The Owl”, which is scheduled to be released on November 23rd,  will feature various talented cast members such as Yoo Hae Jin, Ryu Jun Yeol, Choi Moo Sung, Jo Seong Ha, Park Myung Hun, Kim Seong Cheol, Ahn Eun Jin, and Jo Yoon Seo.
