Viewers are focusing on who will fill the spot after Jeon So-min’s departure
The production team of SBS’s “Running Man” told Star News in the morning of October 23rd, “Jeon So-min decided to drop out of “Running Man.” No decision has been made yet on the replacement.”
On this day, Jeon So-min‘s agency King Kong by Starship announced the news of her departure from “Running Man” through its official statement.
With Jeon So-min resigning, “Running Man” has yet to decide on her replacement. According to the “Running Man” team, Jeon So-min will haver a final recording of “Running Man” on October 30th, and if a successor is not decided in the future, filming will be conducted with a six-member cast (Yoo Jae-seok, Ji Seok-jin, Haha, Kim Jong-guk, Song Ji-hyo and Yang Se-chan).
Jeon So-min has been a member of “Running Man” for about six years since April 2017. The actress has been loved by viewers for her quirky and bubbly character in the show.
