Regarding the rumor about the couple’s temporary return to Korea, Park Soo Jin‘s agency KeyEast told News1 on Jan 2nd, “We ask for your understanding that we cannot confirm because it is her personal schedule.“

Earlier, Ilgan Sports reported that Bae Yong Joon and Park Soo Jin returned home with their children at the end of last year and met their family members, friends and colleagues. They added that the couple will soon leave for Hawaii again.

Bae Yong Joon was once embroiled in retirement rumors in November last year. Rumors spread rapidly as Bae Yong Joon’s official website was put up for sale. The fact that Bae Yong Joon and Park Soo Jin emigrated to Hawaii, USA in May last year also amplified rumors.

According to OSEN at that time, Bae Yong Joon’s acquaintance responded, “Bae Yong Joon is satisfied with his quiet life with his family in Hawaii. Since he has suspended his acting career for more than 10 years, there is no need to manage the website. Bae Yong Joon sold his stake in KeyEast, the agency he founded, to SM Entertainment in 2018. He did not sign a separate management contract at that time, and now he is not a member of KeyEast. He has not had any official activities since his special appearance in KBS2’s “Dream High” (2011) and his appearance on the educational program “A Journey in Search of Korea’s Beauty”.

Bae Yong Joon and Park Soo Jin got married in 2015. They have one son and one daughter. They moved to Hawaii, USA in May last year and are currently focusing on childcare.
