Group RIIZE appeared as a guest on the Jan 12th broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “Lee Hyori’s Red Carpet” (hereinafter referred to as “Red Carpet”).
Reflecting on her past, Lee Hyori shared, “I had youthful times like you all. There was a time when my face turned red when MCs made teasing jokes while hanging out together. It’s all passed now.”
At this point, Lee Hyori glanced at Sohee, who was right next to her, and asked “Is something bothering you?“, causing laughter.
Lee Hyori continued to ask about Sohee’s mother’s age. Sohee said, “My mother was born in 1976.” Lee Hyori replied, “I’m in her age group.”
Lee Hyori told Sohee, “When I say that, usually you’d say, ‘You look younger than my mom.’ Do you want to try again?” Sohee followed through, making the studio burst into laughter.
Lee Hyori asked Sohee, “Why can’t you look at me directly and keep looking to the side?” When Sohee corrected his sitting posture to look at Lee Hyori directly, she jokingly drew a line, “It’s burdensome.”
