Red Velvet’s Wendy Recalled Mischievous Childhood, “Swallowing Preservative Bag in Seaweed Package, Shaving Tongue Using Dad’s Razor”
Red Velvet’s Wendy told the story about her being a troublemaker during childhood.
In the latest episode of SBS Power FM’s radio show “Two o’clock Cultwo Show” (hereinafter “Cultwo Show”), which aired on March 26th, Hong Isaac, the winner of “Sing Again 3,” and Red Velvet’s Wendy appeared as guests.
In this episode, Wendy shared about her new song “Wish You Hell,” saying, “I was worried if I could appear on music shows because there is the word ‘Hell’ in the title.” She alào expressed her passion for the album, saying, “I recorded it three times.”
Wendy later confessed to having a mischievous childhood. “The worst accident was that I ate the bag that had ‘Don’t eat’ written on it in the seaweed package,” the idol recalled accidentally eating a preservative bag. She then shocked the studio by confessing, “I once cut a pearl necklace, and shaved my tongue with my dad’s razor…”
Upon hearing this, Hong Isaac said, “I was very calm. People say I stayed still even when I went to the church when I was young.”
Hong Isaac also recalled his childhood, “After fighting hard with my parents in elementary school, I left my house, but I had nowhere to go, so I built a house with wood behind my house and stayed there.”
