Reasons K-drama fans think “The Glory” Part 3 is likely to be produced

“The Glory” viewers point out unsolved stories in Part 2’s ending and raise hope for the series to continue with Part 3.

Many people want Netflix’s “The Glory” to have Part 3. The lead actor Lee Do Hyun also mentioned the possibility of a third part for this series in a recent interview with the fashion magazine Cosmopolitan Korea. He said, “It would be great if I can come out in Part 3”, adding “I won’t comment anything (about whether Part 3 will be produced)”.

As a result, “The Glory” fans are claiming that lots of details in Part 2’s ending imply the possibility of a Part 3 production.

Joo Yeo Jeong (Lee Do Hyun) helped Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo) complete her revenge plan against the school violence perpetrators, so now it’s time for Moon Dong Eun to perform the sword dance to help Joo Yeo Jeong with his revenge.

Moon Dong Eun transferred Kang Young Cheon (Lee Moo Saeng), the psychopath murderer who killed Joo Yeo Jeong’s father, to Jisan Prison, where Joo Yeo Jeong is working as a doctor.

Moon Dong Eun also started working at Jisan Prison as a counseling teacher, and the two went to work together with meaningful expressions on their faces.

However, since the two’s actual revenge against Kang Yeong Cheon was not shown, netizens speculate that Part 3 will depict stories related to this revenge.

There are still many unresolved points in the plot. Moon Dong Eun even sent a text message to Kang Hyeon Nam (Yeom Hye Ran), her revenge assistant, saying “I’m looking for a female worker. Please contact me”.

Some viewers believe that Moon Dong Eun’s revenge is not over yet because three of the five school violence perpetrators, Park Yeon Jin (Lim Ji Yeon), Lee Sa Ra (Kim Hieora), and Choi Hye Jung (played by Cha Joo-young), did not lose their lives

In Part 2, Joo Yeo Jeong also warned Kang Young Cheon, “I am different from my father”, emphasizing that he can also kill people even when he’s a doctor. This raises viewers’ curiosity about whether Joo Yeo Jeong will be able to relieve his painful resentment with the help of Moon Dong Eun.
