Netflix Korea’s first music project “Take 1” drops its first official trailer.
On September 15th, Netflix released the main trailer for the new music reality show “Take 1” through its official SNS. Singers of various genres appeared in the video, including Jo Sumi, Im Jae-beom, Park Jung-hyun, Rain, Akdong Musician, MAMAMOO, and Yoo Hee-yeol.
Rain aroused curiosity by saying, “Hyung, can’t this be done? Everyone will die” and “If you get hit even once, we’ll all die.” MAMAMOO also expressed concern, saying, “There are too many ridiculous things…”
Netizens left comments after watching the trailer, “This is crazy…”, “Something big is coming”, “This is Awesome”, “I really can’t wait for this”, “I think I’m going to cry just by watching the trailer,” “This is a must-watch, seriously”, “Netflix’s planning power is wow”, etc.
“Take 1” is a reality music show that shows the process of gathering the best artists to create “the most meaningful stage in their lives”. It portrays the anxiety, struggles, and behind-the-scenes stories of artists who have to create the best stage with just one challenge within a limited time.
Producer Kim Hak-min, who directed “Take 1”, said, “There were many situations where the show unfolded in a direction that the production team did not expect. This is Netflix Korea’s first music project.”
“Take 1” will be released worldwide on October 14th on Netflix.
