Ravi revealed the contents of his last letter to the members before leaving on KBS 2TV’s “1 Night 2 Days Season 4”, which aired on May 1st.
PD Smiley said, “As all the members know, Ravi has to fulfill his military duty soon, so we’ll part ways for a while after today’s trip.”
Hearing this, DinDin shed tears.
Moon Se-yoon said, “We knew anyway. He’ll leave ‘1 Night 2 Days’ for a while, so… I didn’t know he’d write us a letter. Please read it if possible.”
Ravi read the letter himself and conveyed his inner thoughts. He said, “There are so many things I want to say, but I’m writing this letter because I don’t think I’ll be able to convey my feelings well unless I write them down in advance. I knew it would come someday, but time passed so fast and the farewell came. The world was too difficult. There were many places I couldn’t go to and there were many foods I couldn’t eat because I didn’t get to know the world much. There were many days when I couldn’t breathe comfortably due to panic, but I was able to change a lot thanks to meeting ‘1 Night 2 Days’.”
He continued, “Starting as the youngest of the older brothers three years ago, I spent more comfortable time than anywhere else because I felt like I found a space where I could behave like a spoiled child and lean on while meeting my younger brother Na In-woo. I felt so special that I wondered if there was any place where I could do foolish things as comfortably as ‘1 Night 2 Days’ in the future. I could sleep outside because I was with you. It was okay not to eat because I was with you. I think I was able to come this far because I was with you.”
Finally, Ravi added, “I’m truly grateful for your caring and teaching for the past three years. I’ll miss you a lot. I was happy to be your ‘DoRavi’. I love you. I love you so much.”
