Ratings approaching 10%, this K-drama receives interest and is said to be fun

A JTBC K-drama is becoming a hot topic with its interesting contents and viewership ratings close to 10%. 

The 4th episode of JTBC’s Saturday and Sunday drama “Agency“, which aired on January 15th, recorded an audience rating of 8.907% (provided by Nielsen Korea, a ratings research company) based on pay-TV households nationwide.

“Agency” started with an audience rating of 4.797% for the first episode. But by episode 3 and 4, ratings have soared. The highest real-time viewership rating as of the moment has reached 9.5%, showing figures approaching 10%.

JTBC drama “Agency” is an office drama set in the advertising industry. The series revolves around Go Ah In, who became the first female executive of an agency, and the way she build her career up from the very bottom.

By showing the fierce competition within the company and realistically reflecting the bitter joys and sorrows of office workers, “Agency” is receiving great responses. 

In particular, Lee Bo Young, who plays the role of Go Ah In, shows a sophisticated and solid performance and seamlessly transforms into her character. At the same time, the actress is attracting attention for her bob haircut and chic office look.

On the other hand, Son Na Eun, an actress who originally debuted with girl group Apink, assumes the role of Kang Han Na, another main character, and is showing a flexible performance. 

The JTBC drama “Agency” is being broadcast every Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 pm (KST)
