Singer Rain (43) has shared the morning diet he swears by, claiming it’s a routine that always leads to weight loss.

In a past video uploaded to his YouTube channel “Season B Season“, Rain emphasized the importance of maintaining health while dieting. “If you’re preparing for a body profile but following a diet that harms your health, you should stop immediately. Once your body is damaged, it’s hard to recover. I’ve hurt my health many times myself,” he admitted.

His morning routine is surprisingly simple: 2–3 boiled eggs, a handful of nuts, 10 raisins, and either an Americano or honey water. Instead of consuming carbs in the morning, he replaces them with fruit. Rain explained, “I eat this in the morning, then have lunch around 3 to 5 PM as an early dinner. If you stick to this routine, there’s no way you won’t lose weight.”

He also warned about the dangers of binge eating while dieting, noting that “six months of training can be destroyed in just six days if you binge.” To counter this, Rain stressed the importance of balance, combining a steady diet with consistent workouts. He even admitted that while he occasionally enjoys drinks, he always compensates with exercise the following day.
