Psy donated 100 million won for victims of forest fires in Gangwon Province

Singer Psy (Park Jaesang) has donated 100 million won for the people who were affected by the wildfire in Gangwon Province.

According to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association on April 6, Psy donated 100 million won to the victims of forest fires in Goseong and Sokcho, Gangwon Province. The donations are used to recover damage from the forest fires in Gangwon Province.

In addition to the Gangwon fire, Psy has always donated money whenever disasters occurred such as the previous fire at Seomun Market in Daegu and the earthquake in Pohang, showing his good deeds.

On April 4, a fire is believed to have started in Goseong County, Gangwon Province, then was spread by strong winds, destroying about 250 hectares of forest and causing about 4,000 victims. The government has announced areas affected by forest fires in Gangwon Province as state disasters.
