Actor Lee Ji-han, a former “Produce 101” contestant, has recently been confirmed as a victim in the Itaewon crowd crush.
On October 30th, Park Hee-seok and Kim Do-hyun, who used to participate in “Produce 101 Season 2” with the late Lee Ji-han, posted a sad obituary on their Instagram account. They said, “Jihan has left us and gone to a peaceful place. Please say goodbye to him on his last journey”, delivering the news of the deceased.
In particular, Kim Do-hyun said, “May all the victims who left this world too early due to the Itaewon disaster rest in peace. I don’t dare to understand the feelings of the bereaved families, but I want to express my deep condolences to them”.
The deceased’s mortuary has been set up at the funeral hall of Myongji Hospital and the funeral will be held on November 1st.
Meanwhile, the late Lee Ji-han was active as an actor by starring in the web drama “Today Was Another Nam Hyun Day” after making his face known to the public through Mnet’s “Produce 101 Season 2”, which aired in 2017.
