Police Conducted Lee Sun-kyun’s Leg Hair Drug Test+Search And Seizure Drug Providing Doctor
The police are speeding up the investigation by confiscating a doctor suspected of providing drugs to actor Lee Sun-kyun
The police are making all-out efforts to find solid evidence, including requesting a precise drug test of Lee Sun-kyun‘s leg hair after he was tested negative during the urine and hair drug test.
On November 9th, the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency’s drug crime investigation team raided doctor B (42 years old), who was booked on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act, and searched the hospital he runs.
Earlier in the day, the police sent investigators from the drug investigation team to the hospital in Gangnam, Seoul, to secure medical records. The medical records are said to be related to the drugs prescribed by B. The hospital run by B is known to have received warnings from medical authorities as it has overprescribed propofol many times this year.
B is accused of providing drugs to Lee Sun-kyun and others through A, the head of the Gangnam adult entertainment business. A, who has six convictions, including drug use, was the first of the suspects in this case to be arrested and indicted on charges of marijuana use under the Narcotics Control Act.
It was also confirmed that B was booked by the police after using marijuana two years ago. JTBC reported at the time, “Police were dispatched after receiving a report that ‘B assaulted a woman’, and marijuana and inhalers were found inside the officetel.”
As soon as the analysis of the confiscated material is completed, the police plan to call B for hair and urine tests. Attention is focusing on whether Lee Sun-kyun’s evidence of drug charges will emerge due to his leg hair test results and the seizure and search of B.
