Singer Paul Kim revealed attractive points of JTBC’s new entertainment show “The Second World”.
The press conference of “The Second World” was broadcast live online on August 30th. CP Kim Hyung-joong, MC Paul Kim, Wonder Girls Yubin, former AOA member Shin Ji-min, Mamamoo Moonbyul, Oh My Girl Mimi, WJSN Exy, Momoland JooE, Billlie Moon Sua, CLASS:y Kim Seon-you, Kim Bum-soo, Jungyup, Jung Eun-ji, BTOB Seo Eun-kwang and MeloMance Kim Min-seok attended the event.
“The Second World” is a survival program that showcases fierce vocal battles between main rappers from K-POP girl groups.
Paul Kim said, “It’s an honor to be the MC for the first time. As a guide, I want to represent the position of artists on stage. I don’t think experience on stage can be easily experienced. We try to empathize with their tension and greed as much as possible and relieve the atmosphere.”
About the show’s attractive points, Paul Kim shared, “Through the first broadcast, you’ll experience how hypocritical the 8 cast members are. They show perfect performances even though they say they’re nervous. I think it’s a lie. It seems like a strategy to lower expectations and receive high evaluations.”
