Park Yeon Jin and Ha Do Young’s Divorce Lawsuit Due To School Violence Explained: The Key Lies in the Present

In a recent broadcast of KBS Cool FM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show” on March 13th, divorce lawyer Choi Yuna appeared as a guest and shared her thoughts on various aspects of a divorce lawsuit.

During the show, the host, Park Myung Soo, brought up the popular Netflix series “The Glory” and asked if it is possible to file for divorce when one spouse has a history of school violence and doesn’t show it.

According to reports, Park Yeon Jin was a perpetrator of school violence when she was younger, and this issue resurfaced during her marriage with Ha Do Young, causing tension and conflict in their marriage.

Choi Yuna explained that the key factor in determining the outcome of a divorce lawsuit is the current impact of the issue on the couple’s relationship. She stated that while past incidents of school violence can be taken into account, it is not enough to justify a divorce.

In order for a divorce to be granted, the issue must have a significant and ongoing impact on the couple’s relationship, to the point where it causes irreparable damage.

She said, “The divorce can be accepted only when the crime is reached, the history is deceived, or to some extent severe.
