On August 10, KBS2’s “Gag Concert” aired a comedic segment inspired by the hit Netflix animation “KPop Demon Hunters”, but the debut of the fictional boy group “Saja Boys” sparked unexpected reactions from the audience.

Specfically, in the “Chatflix” skit, Na Hyun Young played Rumi, the leader of girl group HUNTR/X, while 3 other comedians portrayed the over-the-top boy group “Saja Boys.”

However, their entrance triggered a wave of humorous yet critical live chat messages such as, “This isn’t what we came to see,” adding to the comedic chaos. The comments even jokingly pushed one performer – comedian Park Sung Kwan, toward a “retirement crisis,” with his funniest moments as a “Saja Boys” member to be revealed in the full episode.

Meanwhile, in the “Battle of the Century” segment, Kim Sung Won of Yoon Seung’s team transformed into the lovable sloth from Disney’s “Zootopia”, perfectly capturing the character’s expressions and slow-paced movements, earning big laughs from the crowd.

The episode aired August 10 at 11 p.m. KST on KBS2.
