Park Sung-hoon startled by spoiler mistake “Squid Game Season 2, if there’s someone who dies early”

Recently, a video featuring Park Sung-hoon was uploaded on the YouTube channel “Netflix Korea”.

On this day, actor Park Sung-hoon had a conversation with Calm Down Man (Lee Mal-nyeon) and Lee Chang-ho.

Park Sung-hoon, who received much love as the villain Jeon Jae-joon in Netflix’s series “The Glory”, confessed, “I don’t even cuss much actually. I still feel the pain when I look back at playing that character.”

He added, “Everyone has anger inside. I just intensify it. When I play a villain, I pour out my emotions and that gives me vicarious satisfaction.”

He continued, “I went to the airport a few days ago to film ‘Queen of Tears’. A man did a double take and said, ‘That’s Park Jae-joon!’ He mixed up Park Sung-hoon and Jeon Jae-joon. After that, the staff of ‘Queen of Tears’ also just say ‘Jae-joon, please go one step to your left’ when my character’s name is actually Eun-sung. I’ve lost my real name. I’ve become Jeon Jae-joon.”

Calm Down Man asked, “How do you feel about that? Is it annoying when people keep referring to you as Jeon Jae-joon when you’re playing a different role?” Park Sung-hoon replied, “I found it funny.”

Park Sung-hoon mentioned a memorable reaction, saying, “When the cast for ‘Squid Game Season 2’ was revealed, only four people appeared in the video. Kang Ha-neul, Im Si-wan, Yang Dong-geun, Jeon Jae-joon. That’s how people sorted it out.“

Calm Down Man teased, “Seeing that you remember it, you must hate it.” He added, “You said that ‘Squid Game’ is your 50th work. People are really looking forward to it.“

Park Sung-hoon shared his thoughts, “That’s right. It’s my 50th work. It’s the most anticipated show of 2024, and I feel very thankful to be a part of it.”
