The “SBS Drama Media Day: NEXT EPISODE” event was held on June 1 at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The Vision Talk session was attended by Studio S CEO Hong Sung Chang and SBS Programming Director Kim Gi Seul.
During the event, SBS unveiled its upcoming drama lineup. Among the projects announced were “Agent Kim Reactivated” starring So Ji Sub, returning second seasons of “Flex X Cop” and “Good Partner,” “Doctor X” starring Kim Ji Won, “Nine to Six” starring Park Min Young and Yook Sungjae, “Awakening” featuring Lee Joon Hyuk as a priest, and “The Long Shot Trial” starring Lee Je Hoon and Ha Young.
SBS also revealed two dramas scheduled for 2027: “Akmong” starring Kim Nam Gil and the baseball-themed drama “Full Count” led by Kim Rae Won.
In addition to the new lineup, Studio S CEO Hong Sung Chang drew attention by making a surprise announcement regarding Park Shin Hye’s next project.
He revealed for the first time that Park Shin Hye will be returning for “The Judge from Hell 2.”
