The press conference for ‘Castaway Diva’ was held online at 2 p.m. KST on October 19th.
Park Eunbin takes on the role of Seo Mok-ha in the drama, a character who spent 15 long years alone on a deserted island, with a dark view of the world, but emerges with something more valuable.
Park Eunbin commented, “I wanted to take on the role of Mok-ha with a light heart when I decided, but I realized later that there was a lot to do, and I thought, ‘I made a difficult choice,’ but I don’t regret it.”
She continued, “Mok-ha is a pure character with dreams, good at singing, plays the guitar as a hobby, needs to know how to swim in the sea for survival, and must speak in a dialect as a basic requirement. It was a new challenge for me, and there were moments of frustration, but I worked hard because it was my choice.”
‘Castaway Diva’ is a drama that tells the story of Seo Mok-ha (played by Park Eunbin), a hopeful singer who was rescued from a deserted island after 15 years and her journey to become a diva. It will premiere on October 28th.
