Park Eun-bin wins Best Actress… But the award-winning work is not “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”

Actress Park Eun-bin won the Best Actress award for her role in “The King’s Affection”.

On July 28th, the Korean Broadcasters Association announced winners of the 49th Korean Broadcasting Awards, which selects last year’s best broadcasting programs and broadcasters.

Park Eun-bin, who is receiving a lot of love thanks to ENA’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo“, was awarded the Best Actress award for her role in KBS2’s Monday-Tuesday drama “The King’s Affection”, which aired last year.

Awards of the Korean Broadcasting Awards have been awarded annually based on works and broadcasters that have contributed to the development of broadcasting.

“The King’s Affection” starring Park Eun-bin proved its popularity by exceeding the highest ratings of popular dramas “Now, We Are Breaking Up” (SBS) and “The Red Sleeve” (MBC) at the time of its airing last year.

It also hit the jackpot by topping Netflix rankings in 7 countries and ranking third in the worldwide ranking. Park Eun-bin was recognized for her acting skills by playing the role of Crown Prince Lee Hwi in “The King’s Affection”.

The awards ceremony will be broadcast live on KBS1 TV on September 5th, the day after Park Eun-bin’s birthday.
