Park Eun-bin becomes BIFF’s solo MC as Lee Je-hoon will be absent from the event
On October 2nd, the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) announced that Park Eun-bin would be the solo MC for the opening ceremony, saying “Instead of selecting a new male MC, we decided to change the format and make Park Eun-bin be the solo MC for the event”.
Park Eun-bin and Lee Je-hoon were originally scheduled to host the Busan International Film Festival together. Since Lee Je-hoon announced his absence due to health reasons, Park Eun-bin will host the opening ceremony as BIFF’s first solo MC and the first female solo MC.
With Park Eun-bin marking the beginning of the film festival with her unique charm, this year’s BIFF is expected to welcome many Korean and Asian stars to its Red Carpet event.
The 28th BIFF will be held at Busan Film Center for 10 days, starting with the opening ceremony on the 4th until the 13th.
