Park Eun-bin filmed “Castaway Diva” on actual deserted island “I had a really hard time”

Actress Park Eun-bin shared her hardships while shooting “Castaway Diva” on an actual deserted island

On Nov 1st, a video titled “Park Eun-bin’s Secret Counseling Center” was uploaded on Netflix Korea’s official channel.

Park Eun-bin, who is meeting viewers through tvN’s “Castaway Diva”, was asked, “What was the most difficult scene to film?” She replied, “Out of all the scenes, the scenes on the desert island were most difficult. First of all, I was alone. It was a difficult time for Mok-ha (Park Eun-bin’s character), and she had to endure it. So, I had a really hard time.

She explained, “I wondered if the production team found the island through satellite photos. Like, why is this island here? We filmed at a place with no signs of people.”

Regarding choosing “Castaway Diva” as her next project, she said, “I think a drama’s synopsis is a very important factor. But this is the first show where I didn’t get to read the synopsis. So, the emotions I felt while reading the script made me want to actually play the part. That’s why I decided to be on the show.”

To the question “What would you do if you were stranded on a desert island for 15 years like Mok-ha?“, Park Eun-bin smilingly answered, “I don’t think I would survive.

Park Eun-bin, who has been in the industry for 27 years since her debut as a child actress, expressed her unchanged passion for acting, “There are so many genres I want to try. So, that’s what I’m worried about nowadays. There are lots of good pieces, but I only have one body. I want to be in various genres. Shows that have a clear genre would be good. I also want to try historical pieces as well.
