Original Artist Reacts to Cha Eunwoo’s Cover Dedicated to the Late Moonbin

On January 26, Cha Eunwoo released a special song cover of SLANDER’s “Love Is Gone”. This gesture is known to have been made in honor of the late Moonbin, a fellow member of boy group ASTRO, who passed away in April last year.

Fans deeply appreciated Cha Eunwoo’s thoughtful tribute to Moonbin, as the cover video also includes footage of the two together. In addition, the cover was released at 1:26 KST on January 26 – resonating with Moonbin’s birthday.

On the other hand, the original artist of “Love Is Gone” – American duo SLANDER, has also found Cha Eunwoo’s cover and showed a strong reaction.

In particular, under a fan’s post about the cover on SNS platform X, the official account of SLANDER left a comment saying, “incredible cover performance”.

Meanwhile, Moonbin also received various other birthday wishes from his friends and fans. SEVENTEEN’s Woozi is also known to have released the special single “What Kind of Future” in remembrance of the late singer.
