Not Kang Ha Neul, Seo In Guk confirmed as the male lead of new drama “Death’s Game” alongside Park So Dam 

Seo In Guk and Park So Dam have been confirmed to lead JTBC’s new drama “Death’s Game.” 

As reported by Star Today on January 12th, Seo In Suk and Park So Dam have been finalized as the male and female leads of JTBC’s upcoming drama “Death’s Game.” 

Previously, Kang Ha Neul was offered to play the male lead of “Death’s Game”, but his appearance was canceled due to disagreements in the process of discussing OTT programming. In the end, the role was given to Seo In Guk, the master of melodrama.

“Death’s Game” is a fantasy reincarnation drama based on the popular webtoon of the same name. It depicts the story of young people who die in frustration and start a new life.  The male protagonist’s face changes several times, and although the leading actor is Seo In Guk, about 8 actors will appear in each episode to provide a variety of fun.

“Death’s Game” will be aired on JTBC, and TVING.

Following Seo In Guk’s successful transformation through the movie “Project Wolf Hunting” last year, he also led the drama “Café Minamdang”.

Park So Dam is also set to greet moviegoers this Lunar New Year holiday with her new film, “Ghost,” and continue her busy activities going back and forth between the big and small screen. She was diagnosed with thyroid papillary cancer through a medical examination in November 2021, and then underwent a thorough examination before undergoing surgery on December 9, 2021. After undergoing a recovery process, the news of complete recovery was reported in February last year.
