Rookie girl group NMIXX revealed their extraordinary aspirations as a new girl group in JYP.
On the afternoon of September 19th, NMIXX (Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, Jinni, BAE, Kyuijin) held a showcase to commemorate the release of their 2nd single “ENTWURF” at Yes24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
Here, NMIXX, who has their 1st comeback showcase on the same day, talked about the responsibility and burden they bear as a new girl group in JYP, following the legacy of Wonder Girls, Miss A, TWICE, ITZY.
In particular, Haewon said, “It was an honor to debut in JYP, which has always created famous girl groups. We are working hard to be worthy of the reputation of my great seniors.” She also added, “If NMIXX’s personality and charm reached the public a little more, I think that we can become a girl group as cool as our seniors. We will try harder.”
NMIXX’s new single “ENTWURF” contains the group’s aspiration to create their own destiny without giving in to adversity. The title song “DICE” compares the adventure of advancing against the obstruction of enemies on the voyage to MIXTOPIA, NMIXX’s central worldview, to a game. Including the title “DICE”, “ENTWURF” contains a total of 4 songs, including the B-side “COOL (Your Rainbow) and two instrumental versions.
On the other hand, NMIXX’s 2nd single “ENTWURF” will be released through various online music sites at 6 pm (KST) on September 19th.
