NewJeans’s Hyein Talks About Featuring In IU’s New Song, “I Really Wanted To Do Well”
NewJeans’s Hyein showed off her confident appearance on the cover of fashion magazine Vogue Korea
The cover of Vogue Korea’s March issue released on February 17th shows Hyein exuding her presence with her bright visual and cool poses. In the photoshoot, ‘Louis Vuitton’s house ambassador’ Hyein created a sophisticated atmosphere when wearing the brand jewelry collection.
During the shoot interview, Hyein said, “I feel the happiest when the people who came to see us concentrate on watching our performances and enjoying them”, adding “The members always say ‘Let’s enjoy every moment of our performances’”.
Hyein also expressed her feelings about featuring in the song “Shh…” of IU’s new album “The Winning”, which will be released on February 20th. She said, “Being able to feature in IU’s song was the most exciting experience”, adding “I practiced a lot to showcase my voice. I wanted to do well during the recording”.
Meanwhile, Hyein’s group NewJeans has been topping domestic and overseas music charts with their hit songs, such as “Ditto”, “OMG”, “Super Shy”, etc. They became the fattest group to rank No.1 on the Billboard Main Album Chart and had five songs entering Billboard Main Song Chart “HOT 100”.
In addition, NewJeans will perform at Billboard Women in Music Awards in LA on March 6th.
