On May 18th, NewJeans Danielle appeared at the dubbing preview event for the film “The Little Mermaid” held at 8 p.m. KST at CGV Yongsan I-Park Mall.
Dressed in a lace top in a pale mint color that exposed one shoulder and matching it with a light pink skirt, Danielle exuded mysterious and lovely vibes with her fair skin and clear features.
Danielle greeted the fans who came to the scene and also did sweet fan service, such as waving hand hearts and blowing kisses.
Shortly after the preview, fans left comments praising Danielle’s real-life beauty and also her dubbing in the movie, “Her beauty could not be captured by the camera. I stopped taking pictures and just looked at her with my eyes,” “Danielle’s dubbing alone is enough reason to watch this movie. Although this was her first dubbing, Danielle did a fantastic job,” “Danielle is perfect for the role of Ariel.”
Danielle took on the role of Ariel as a Korean voice actor. She also participated in the OST. The teaser for the “Part of Your World” music video by Danielle recorded the top spot on Korean YouTube’s trending videos right after its release.
“The Little Mermaid” depicts the adventure of Ariel, a mermaid princess full of adventurous spirit, as she rescues Prince Eric and follows the sound of her heart to venture into the forbidden human world. It is a live-action musical film by Disney and is set to be released on May 24th.
