Yuqi, a member of girl group (G)I-DLE, confesses that she often clashes with the group’s leader, Soyeon.
On May 18th, a video titled “Idol guest Yuqi who claims to be a Queen” was uploaded to comedian Park Mi Sun’s YouTube channel “Mi Sun Impossible” (literal translation).
In the video, (G)I-DLE Yuqi appeared as a guest and introduced (G)I-DLE’s latest title song, “Queencard”.
Here, Park Mi Sun asked, “Isn’t it amazing? Don’t you clash with leader Soyeon? Isn’t she also quite a strong character?”
Upon hearing this, Yuqi made the viewers laugh by responding, “Soyeon and I clash a lot.”
Yuqi also expressed her affection by saying, “The reason why Soyeon and I clash is because both of us are very honest. The more we fight, the closer we become.”
Furthermore, Yuqi commented, “I think I clash with Soyeon because I am an ENFJ. I want to become a leader.”
Meanwhile, Park Mi Sun advised, “Fighting is a sign of a healthy relationship. If it’s not a healthy relationship, you can’t talk about things like ‘we fight’, ‘I don’t like it’ anywhere”.
