New Movie-Like K-pop MVs: (G)I-DLE Limits Viewership, Cha Eun Woo Stars Alongside Olivia Hussey’s Daughter

On February 16, Cha Eun Woo officially debuted as a soloist with his first album ENTITY, with the title track “Stay” MV. The leading lady in the MV is Olivia Hussey’s daughter – India Eisley. India was previously recognized by audiences for her role in “Look Away.”

Cha Eun Woo’s high production budget is evident in the MV’s entirely filmed US setting. With both main characters demonstrating acting prowess, “Stay” was crafted akin to a cinematic masterpiece, with numerous artistic shots.

Later on the same day, (G)I-DLE dropped the MV for “Revenge” following their previous investment of 1.1 billion won into “Super Lady” MV. 

Unlike their previous MVs, which predominantly showcased visuals and choreography, “Revenge” delves into the group’s acting skills. However, due to its graphic content, including blood, violence, and explosions, viewers must confirm their age to watch it on YouTube. Fans fear this age restriction may significantly impact “Revenge” MV’s view count.
