New dating reality show “Pink Lie” host Kim Hee Chul, “I thought I’m a person without prejudice but…”

Super Junior’s Kim Hee Chul revealed that he got trapped in prejudice.

Main host Kim Hee Chul appeared at the press conference for Disney+ upcoming dating reality show “Pink Lie” held on September 30.

“Pink Lie” is a love-lie dating reality show where young men and women choose the one lie that they have never told to anyone in order to find someone who will love them as who they are, without having prejudice against their background or status.

At the press conference, Kim Hee Chul said, “There are a lot of dating shows these days, and I’m like, ‘I should do well myself, what do I do watching other people’s relationships?'” He revealed he didn’t watch a lot of dating shows.

Kim Hee Chul continued, “But I heard that the cast of ‘Pink Lie’ would tell lies one by one. When I was in school, my parents taught me, ‘Let’s not look at people with prejudice, there is no nobility in which jobs we take’. I thought I would view people comfortably because I had no prejudice, but I didn’t know I was such a biased person and had a bunch of prejudices. I’m reflecting on myself.”

Kim Hee Chul confessed, “I was drawn to seeing people telling lies. However, I also couldn’t help being prejudiced when looking at people.”

The first episode of Disney+ “Pink Lie” will be released on October 5th.
