Netizens dig back V’s remarks about “Perilla Leaf Debate” after the dating rumor with Jennie
Amid rumors of a romantic relationship between BTS V and BLACKPINK Jennie, V’s remarks on the “Perilla Leaf Debate” are being re-examined.
On May 13th, a video titled “BTS MBTI Lab 2” was posted on the YouTube channel “BANGTAN TV.”
In the video, BTS members exchanged their various opinions on the perilla leaf debate, and V clearly drew a line, saying, “No.”
When a member said he didn’t mind if his lover separate the perilla leaf for his friend, V explained the situation in detail, saying, “Your lover will take the perilla leaf with the chopsticks they put in their mouth while eating.”
He added, “I would be angry if my lover took the leaves off for someone,” and added, “I might have a light fight with them.”
He expressed a negative opinion about his lover separating perilla leaves for his friend.
The video was re-examined as rumors of V and Jennie’s romantic relationship surfaced through the online community.
Some fans even argued that V’s remarks on the perilla leaf controversy in the video may have been conscious of Jennie.
Earlier, V and Jennie also set their Instagram profiles with their initials “V” and “J,” sparking rumors of a romantic relationship among Internet users.
Suspicions are intensifying as a photo of a couple believed to be V and Jennie taken at Jeju Island was released online.
In this regard, BTS’ agency Big Hit Music and Jenny’s agency YG Entertainment have yet to make any official positions.
