“You Will Die In 6 Hours”, the third movie by Mystery Pictures, a production company specializing in the mystery genre, unveiled the main still cut to arouse global viewers’ attention before targeting the overseas market at the Berlin International Film Festival in February and premiere in Korea.
This is an adapted film of the novel of the same name by Japanese mystery novel master Kazuaki Takano. Consisting of six short stories, the original novel tells about characters falling into agony over the future due to the predictions of a man.
NCT member Jaehyun took on the role of Jun-woo, the main character in the movie. He is expected to challenge movie acting for the first time and take over the big screen with his unique charms as Jun-woo, a mysterious character who foresees death.
Actress Park Ju-hyun, who has proved her wide acting spectrum through “Extracurricular”, “Mouse”, “Love All Play”, “The Forbidden Marriage” and “Seoul Vibe”, also raises high expectations for her transformation as Jung-yoon, who receives a warning of death. In addition to Jaehyun and Park Ju-hyun, Kwak Si-yang and Kim Min-sang also joined the cast, stimulating viewers’ curiosity about the story.
After completing the second half of its production, “You Will Die In 6 Hours” released a still cut to begin its full-fledged promotion overseas, starting with the European Film Market. The still cut drew attention as it exudes the atmosphere of a mystery emotional thriller.
The still cut shows Jun-woo (Jaehyun), the man who can predict death, holding the arm of Jung-yoon (Park Ju-hyun), who seems to be in fear, and the two are looking somewhere, heralding perfect thriller chemistry. Movie fans are also looking forward to seeing Jaehyun’s thriller performance.
