Actor Namgoong Min impresses with his dedication to maintaining his physique even amidst a busy schedule
On November 12th, Namgoong Min shared a video on his Instagram story with the caption, “If there’s no time, make time… So I won’t skip exercising for a while.”
In the video, Namgoong Min can be seen wearing a hanbok costume from his drama “My Dearest” along with a serious expression as he does abs exercises. The actor’s well-defined abs capture attention as they ripple with each lift and descent of his knees.
The video reveals the earnestness with which Namgoong Min approaches his workout, focusing intently on exercising.
Previously, Namgoong Min’s muscles had been a topic of discussion. In 2021, during his role as Han Ji-hyuk, a top field agent of the National Intelligence Service in the MBC drama “The Veil”, he showcased a bulked-up physique.
For this role, Namgoong Min revealed that he gained weight from 63kg to 77kg over eight months, transforming his body into a muscular physique.
At that time, there were speculations in some quarters about Namgoong Min using substances to enhance his body, but these turned out to be untrue.
Meanwhile, “My Dearest”, in which Namgoong Min plays the lead role, will conclude with a total of 21 episodes, extending by one episode. The final episodes, 20 and 21, will air on November 17 and 18.
