Nam Joo-hyuk to start his national defense obligations in December

Actor Nam Joo-hyuk will join the military in December to fulfill his military duty.

An insider from the entertainment industry said on Oct 17th that “Nam Joo-hyuk will enlist in active duty in December and will continue his acting career after completing his military duty.”

He has shown an amazing acting transformation through JTBC’s “The Light in Your Eyes,” and was loved by viewers for his roles in Netflix’s “The School Nurse’s File” and tvN’s “Startup.” Recently, he has emerged as a “first love’s icon” after meeting viewers through tvN’s drama “Twenty-five Twenty-one.” His performance in the movie industry was also remarkable. He won the 39th Blue Dragon Film Award for Best New Actor through his first film, “The Great Battle.” In addition, “Remember,” which will be released on Oct 26th, is also highly expected.
