Nam Goong-min Praises Ahn Eun-jin On “Knowing Bros”, “If I Call Her, She Would Show Up In 5 Minutes”
On the morning of December 4th, JTBC’s “Knowing Bros” uploaded a pre-release video of the new episode. Nam Goong-min and Ahn Eun-jin, who recently gained huge love for their performances in the drama “My Dearest”, appeared in the pre-release video wearing school uniforms.
Nam Goong-min said, “It’s been a long time since I last appeared on ‘Knowing Bros’ and I’m so happy that I’m here with Eun-jin”, expressing his feelings about returning to the show after 5 years since 2019.
Ahn Eun-jin also shared, “This is my first time on the show and I haven’t worn a school uniform for a long time”. Nam Goong-min agreed, saying “It’s a little bit awkward to pretend to be young”.
Ahn Eun-jin added, “It’s a little awkward, but I’m trying to stay calm because I’m here with an experienced person like you”.
The two then played a game in which they had to guess the name of the person placed on their heads. Nam Goong-min’s keyword was ‘Hwang Jin-young (the drama’s writer)”, while Ahn Eun-jin’s keyword was ‘Gakhwa’. After taking turns asking and answering questions, Ahn Eun-jin finally won.
As a penalty, Nam Goong-min had to choose between complimenting himself and complimenting Gil-chae (Ahn Eun-jin’s character). The actor said, “I think it would be better to praise the person who played Gil-chae rather than the character. First of all, Eun-jin is very pretty. But her beauty is not normal. It has something between the Eastern and Western beauty. Unlike her young age, her acting skills are really amazing”.
Nam Goong-min continued, “She’s also a nice person. She’s such a loyal friend. I called her once and she showed up within 5 minutes. She’s faithful and she respects the seniors”, making Ahn Eun-jin laugh hard.
Lastly, he said, “She got along well with other friends. She had so much fun with other friends except for me. But she got closer to me later on”, drawing laughter as he ended with a disclosure of behind stories instead of a compliment.
Meanwhile, the new episode of “Knowing Bros”, starring Nam Goong-min and Ahn Eun-jin, will air at 8:50 p.m. on January 6th
