Na In-woo Reveals First Impression Of Park Min-young, “I Couldn’t Make Eye Contact With Her When We Greeted”
On February 4th, the YouTube channel of fashion magazine COSMOPOLITAN released an interview video with Park Min-young and Na In-woo, the lead actors of tvN’s Mon-Tue drama “Marry My Husband”.
During the interview, Park Min-young mentioned her underwater shoots, saying “I was not familiar with the breathing technique so I tried swimming to the point that I thought I would lose consciousness”. Hearing that, Na In-woo exclaimed, “You’re so cool. Respect”. When asked about their favorite episode in “Marry My Husband”, both Na In-woo and Park Min-young selected their first encounter in episode 5.
Revealing her thoughts about the highlights of the drama, Park Min-young shared, “I’m very satisfied with it. The story is about receiving a second chance in life, and I really want to try that”. Na In-woo said, “Our drama provides a great immersion and concentration as you follow Ji-won’s emotional changes.”
The two then participated in a quiz with questions asking about each other. In response to the question asking “What is Na In-woo’s first impression of Park Min-young?”, Park Min-young said, “Strong, scary, neat, and charismatic”. As Na In-woo said there were more, Park Min-young got shy and guessed, “Pretty? Cute?”. Na In-woo then shouted, “That’s the answer”.
Park Min-young wondered, “Did I look strong when we first met?”. Na In-woo explained, “When we greeted each other, I couldn’t even make eye contact with you”. Hearing that, Park Min-young confessed, “I’m normally very shy. I was also scared of him because In-woo was also playing a detective in another work”. Na In-woo then commented, “Let’s say we were both scared of each other”, drawing laughter.
When asked to choose between being reborn as themselves and as someone else, Park Min-young picked the latter option, saying “I want to live as a handsome actor, like Na In-woo”. Meanwhile, Na In-woo replied, “I’m going to be myself again. I wonder if I would live the same way or have different experiences”.
