On January 16th, Korean netizens on various online communities shared posts saying that “My Mister” is being prepared for a remake in China. Actress Shen Yue and actor Chen Jianbin are known to be considering to take the lead roles.
In fact, news of the Chinese remake of “My Mister” was first posted on Weibo and the Chinese portal SOHU in November of last year. Shen Yue was reportedly offered to play the main character Lee Ji An at the time. But she denied the news.
