“My Little Old Boy” cast member flamed for showing photos of ex-girlfriend without prior consent 

Lee Sang Min was criticized for showing his ex’s photos without consent, prompting the production team to speak up. 

Of late, Lee Sang Min was embroiled in a controversy for revealing his ex-girlfriend’s image on a TV show. On August 14, the singer appeared on “My Little Old Boy” with Kim Joon Ho who visited his new place and helped him move in. While cleaning up his messy room, the former Roo’ra member discovered an old camera that contained memories from his old days.

The singer reviewed the photos and revealed photos of his ex-girlfriend in a bikini by the beach. When Lee Sang Min showed Kim Joon Ho photos of his ex, the comedian applauded her beauty, saying she was the perfect combination of Kim Hee Sun and Kim Jun Hee. 

Upon seeing the footage, Shin Dong Yup strongly disapproved of Lee Sang Min for keeping old photos of his ex. Viewers also flamed the singer for publicly revealing his ex’s face, stating it was a violent breach of privacy.

In response, the “My Little Old Boy” production team released an official statement. They affirmed that they had contacted Lee Sang Min’s ex for consent to air her old photos on Tv. The ex-girlfriend reportedly agreed.

Lee Sang Min debuted in K-entertainment in 1994 as a member of the boy group Roo’ra. They became famous with several hit albums. Lee Sang Min also became a songwriter and record producer and more active in entertainment shows. In 2023, the singer has appeared on “Knowing Bros,” “My Little Old Boy,” “Heart Signal” season 4, “Show King Knight,” and more.
