“Mr. Trot 2” surpassed “Running Man”, “I Live Alone”, “Hangout With Yoo” to reached the top place in the “February Brand Reputation for Entertainment Programs”
The ranking of “February Brand Reputation for Entertainment Programs” has been released.
On February 5th, the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation announced the ranking of the “February Brand Reputation for Entertainment Programs.” According to the ranking, TV Chosun’s “Mr. Trot 2” topped the list.
The ranking is the result of analyzing 133.295.660 big data from 50 entertainment programs enjoyed by the public from the 5th of last month to the 5th of this month. The research is conducted by the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation.
“Mr. Trot 2” topped all of the major entertainment programs of the three terrestrial/over-the-air broadcasters, including MBC’s “I Live Alone”, “Radio Star,” “Hangout With Yoo,” SBS “Running Man” and KBS2 “2 Days 1 Night Season 4,” presenting a surprising outcome.
In addition, “Mr. Trot 2” also surpassed MBN’s “Burning Trotman” for two consecutive months. Interestingly, “Burning Trotman” is a trot contest program newly introduced on MBN by PD Seo Hye-jin, who made the series of “Miss Trot” and “Mr. Trot,” after leaving TV Chosun. The two programs have been competing before the airing.
The brand reputation index of the “Mr. Trot 2” was analyzed to be 17.147.751, showing an increase of 19.66% compared to its Brand Reputation Index last month. For “Burning Trotman,” the indext went up by 34.95% from last month.
According to the Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation, “In the link analysis of the ‘Mr. Trot 2’ brand, ‘compete, breakthrough, record’ was analyzed high, and in the keyword analysis, ‘death match,’ ‘voting,’ and ‘audience rating,’ were analyzed high.” They added, “In the positive and negative ratio analysis, the positive ratio was analyzed as 92.34 percent.”
Top 10 of entertainment program brands in February 2023 includes “Mr. Trot 2,” “Burning Trotman,” “I Live Alone,” “Running Man,” “Radio Star,” “Hangout With Yoo,” “2 Days 1 Night,” “A Clean Sweep,” “My Little Old Boy” and “I Am Solo.”
