A K-drama has become a hot topic with its main cast members, despite its scheduled release being as far away as June.
The upcoming K-drama “King the Land” (working title) is scheduled for release within 2023. Rumors have it that the series will premiere in June, yet “King the Land” has already become a hot topic. Every move of the production team and the cast members – especially that of leading actors Yoona (SNSD) and Jun Ho (2PM), are being discussed. Therefore, it’s no exaggeration to say that Yoona and Jun Ho are among the most highly-anticipated K-drama couples of 2023.
Alongside their stunning visuals, expectations are high for Yoona and Jun Ho, seeing that the couple has collaborated in the past as co-MCs of MBC Gayo Daejejeon (also known as MBC Music Festival). Their chemistry as hosts was explosive, and the same is being expected from their combination on the screen, with “King the Land” actualizing such expectations.
Meanwhile, “King the Land” revolves around the love story between King Group heir Goo Won (Jun Ho) and hotel employee Cheon Sa Rang (Yoona). Born wealthy, Goo Won got involved in his family’s power battle for inheritance from a young age, and so is extremely intelligent, gentlemanly, and attractive. However, he hates fake smiles, and is not exactly a good lover. On the other hand, Sa Rang is a bright woman whose face always boasts a smile. She works in a hotel owned by King Group, where she used to have happy childhood memories at. However, while working at the hotel, various obstacles come her way, leading to Sa Rang growing as a person.
